La-Z-Boy Healthcare Furniture / Knú Contract is looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist. The customer service support specialist responds to customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction is attained and to resolve product and service related issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years similar experience, preferably in contract furniture. Proficient in PC skills; must be dependable and have a strong work ethic; thrive in a fast paced structured environment, ability to communicate effectively (oral and written), possess a strong attention to detail, and ability to learn product knowledge in a timely fashion.
